The Naturally Me LLC Hair Salon Policy
Dear Client,
I want to thank you for your continued support here at Naturally Me. I look forward to working with your beautiful crowns in our new salon. If clients were not existent, Naturally Me would not succeed.
Naturally Me is an appointment only hair salon. There will be no walk-ins. Clients along with the stylist will be allowed a 15 minute grace period for lateness. Clients arriving a half hour past their appointment will have to reschedule their appointment or, if permitted to stay, pay an additional fee of fifteen (15) dollars. In addition, neither a fee for not calling nor showing for your appointment is 50% of the scheduled appointment. Clients are required to give the stylist 48 business hours advance notice for cancellations of their scheduled appointments. Clients calling to cancel their appointment after the 48 hour period will be charged a $20 fee. Providing a quality service and scheduling appropriately helps to maintain the business daily. Unfortunately, clients are canceling too close to their appointments or on their appointment day. We are unable to schedule another client when a client cancels so close their appointment or hours before his/her appointment. Naturally Me is an appointment only Natural Hair Salon that accommodates clients with demanding schedules. New Clients are required to have a free consultation prior to receiving an appointment so that the stylist may assess the client’s hair.
Also, please remember that the client is responsible for remembering his or her appointment. We are unable to give reminder calls. Please do not schedule in advance if you are unable to remember your appointment. In addition, after three occasions of same day cancellations or two no call or no show appointments, the stylist will no longer be able to provide any services to the client in the near future. All fees are payable at your appointment. We want to continue to provide a quality service in a timely manner. Thank you for your patronage of this business. I apologize for any inconvenience. Please be aware I can no longer waive any fees.
